Terms and Conditions of Lütenshoff / Florian Pillip

Section 1 Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

Section 3 Prices, shipping costs, payment

The prices stated include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may be added. The consumer can pay by prepayment, direct debit, PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Section 4 Delivery

All items are made individually with your design. The delivery time is stated for each item: deckchairs, director’s chairs and bean bags 5–7 working days, pop-up gazebos approx. 10–15 working days. The delivery time starts once payment has been received and print approval has been given.

Section 5 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
