The Omnibus Directive has applied since 28 May 2022. It requires online retailers to state whether and how they check customer reviews for authenticity.

We check and approve every single review individually.

How we check

We check reviews of our products before publication. Each review is individually checked to verify that it comes from a consumer who actually purchased the goods or services from us. A review is only approved after it has been successfully verified.
